One independent office on Arcola Road, with a dentist who teaches at Temple, a periodontist on staff and 3D imaging in house, all a drive up Route 422 from King of Prussia.

Every case below was planned and completed by our team. Each smile started with an exam, and results differ from patient to patient.

We are one independent office with no ties to a dental group, so your records, your x-rays and your dentist stay in one place.
Dr. Silva examines you, plans your care and follows it through. Patients are invited to call her Nelly.
The Wand delivers anesthetic at a slow, controlled pace. Conscious sedation and anxiety management are offered for nervous patients.
The iTero Element scanner takes digital impressions without trays, and our Vatech CT scan maps bone and roots in 3D before implant or surgical work.
Gum surgery, wisdom tooth removal, root canals and sleep apnea appliances are all handled in our building.
From a child's first sealants to rebuilding a full smile, one team covers the care a household needs.
Cleanings, exams and an Identafi oral cancer screening, plus fillings caught while they are still small.
Fluoride, sealants, habit appliances and custom sports guards, with sedation for children who need extra help.
Root canal therapy, crowns, inlays and onlays to keep a cracked or decayed tooth working.
Implant reconstruction with bone grafting when needed, along with bridges and full or partial dentures.
Non-surgical periodontal therapy, periodontal laser treatment, gum grafts, pocket reduction and crown lengthening.
Oral appliances for obstructive sleep apnea and snoring, and TMJ care for jaw pain, clicking and clenching.
The first visit is about understanding your mouth, not rushing into treatment.
We start with your goals, any pain and how past dental visits went for you.
We check every tooth, measure your gums, review your bite and screen for oral cancer with Identafi.
Digital x-rays show what the eye cannot. A 3D CT scan is added only when a case calls for it.
We walk you through what we found, which needs attention first and how your insurance applies.

We are in-network with all PPO dental insurance plans. We do not accept Medicaid. Before treatment begins, we review what your plan pays and what remains.
Our only office is at 399 Arcola Road in Collegeville. From King of Prussia, Route 422 west is the most direct route, and the 3D CT unit and periodontal care are under the same roof.

Answers to the questions King of Prussia patients ask before booking. Tap a question to open it.
No. Our only office is at 399 Arcola Road in Collegeville, and King of Prussia patients usually reach us by Route 422 west. We have no other locations and are not affiliated with any other dental office, so you see the same team every time.
On a dental chart or x-ray report, PA usually stands for periapical, an x-ray that shows a whole tooth from the crown down to the tip of the root. It helps a dentist spot infection, bone loss or problems around the root. When a two-dimensional picture is not enough, our Vatech CT scan shows the area in 3D.
Look at who will actually treat you, what training they hold, whether the office takes your insurance and what recent patients say. Ask whether gum care, root canals and extractions happen in house or require referrals elsewhere. We are glad to answer each of those questions before your first visit.
We are in-network with all PPO dental insurance plans, so a PPO plan you keep in retirement works here too. We do not accept Medicaid. Patients without coverage can use our dental savings plan, and payment plans are available for larger treatment.
Contact us as soon as it happens and tell us it is urgent. Recent patients with a broken tooth have been seen the same day they reached out. Until then, rinse with warm water, save any broken piece and chew on the other side.
Yes. We offer deep cleaning, non-surgical periodontal treatment and periodontal laser treatment. Dr. Michael Strassberg, who focuses on periodontics, treats advanced cases with gum grafts, pocket reduction and bone grafting in the same building.
Tell us at your first visit so we can plan around it. The Wand delivers numbing slowly and steadily, and conscious sedation is available for patients who need more help relaxing. Patients who have stayed away for years are welcomed without judgment.
