Dr. Silva completed a TMD residency with the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, holds a fellowship from the American Dental Implant Association and wrote the book Breathe Right on airway and sleep. She invites patients to call her Nelly.

Dr. Strassberg is skilled in all aspects of periodontics, from deep cleaning and laser therapy to gum grafts and crown lengthening, so advanced gum care stays in the same office as your checkups.
If your dental plan is a PPO, you can use it here. We do not accept Medicaid. Before treatment starts, we go over what your plan covers and what you will owe.

We are in-network with all PPO dental insurance plans. We do not accept Medicaid. Patients without insurance can use our dental savings plan, and payment plans are available for larger treatment.
Call us as soon as it happens and tell us it is urgent. Recent patients with a broken tooth or sudden pain have been seen the same day they called.
Yes. Our team provides deep cleaning and periodontal laser treatment, and Dr. Michael Strassberg handles gum grafts, pocket reduction and crown lengthening. Gum care happens where your x-rays and records already are.
For many adults, yes. Dr. Silva is a Diplomate in Dental Sleep Medicine and makes custom oral appliances that hold the lower jaw forward during sleep to help keep the airway open.
Yes. Our pediatric care includes cleanings, fluoride, sealants, habit appliances and sports guards. Sedation dentistry is available for children who need help staying calm.
