Dr. Silva is a Board-Certified Sleep Dentist with the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain. She is also a Fellow of the International College of Dentists, American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and International Academy of Dental Implantology. Dr. Silva is also an Expert Witness. She is the author of “Breathe Right: The Link Between Nutrition, Airway and Getting a Good Night’s Sleep”. She is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Medicine and Surgery at Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry, where she earned her D.M.D. Dr. Silva earned her B.S. in Biology at Howard University in Washington D.C.
