Dr. Nelly Silva, a clinical associate professor at Temple University's dental school, and our team care for Phoenixville families with gum care, implants and sleep dentistry all in one Collegeville office.

Cleanings, gum treatment, extractions, implants and sleep appliances are all handled in our office, by one team that knows each patient's history.
Exams, dental cleanings, fillings, fluoride, sealants, sports guards and an Identafi oral cancer screening as part of routine checkups.
Pediatric visits, habit appliances and sedation dentistry for children who need extra help to stay comfortable.
Root canals, full and partial dentures, dental implants and full mouth reconstruction for worn, broken or missing teeth.
Non-surgical periodontal treatment, laser gum therapy, pocket reduction, gum grafts and crown lengthening with Dr. Michael Strassberg.
Tooth and wisdom tooth extractions, impacted teeth, bone grafting, frenectomy and fibroma removal.
Oral appliances for obstructive sleep apnea, TMJ treatment and Invisalign clear aligners.

Each case shown here is a patient Dr. Silva treated in our Collegeville office. Shade, shape and bite are planned together, so new work blends with the teeth around it.
Photos of our own patients. Results vary from patient to patient.

Dr. Nelly Silva earned her DMD at Temple University's Kornberg School of Dentistry, where she now teaches as a Clinical Associate Professor. She completed a TMD residency, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine Master Track and a fellowship with the American Dental Implant Association.
She is the author of Breathe Right, a book on the link between nutrition, airway and sleep, and she asks patients to call her Nelly.

Dr. Strassberg focuses on periodontics, treating the gums and bone that support your teeth. Because he works in our office, gum treatment is planned alongside the rest of your care.
